Lakidis LM 150 Mixer

LM150 is a robust machine for mixing meat products entirely made of stainless steel. The bowl can contain 150 lit of product (maximum). The bowl rotates for easy emptying and is designed with a safety lid. If the lid is open, the mixing helical paddle will not operate. The paddle can rotate clockwise and anticlockwise, manually or automatically.

In automatic mode the paddle rotates in both directions for a preset time duration. For emptying, the user must press 2 buttons simultaneously occupying both hands to avoid injuries. The control button of the LM150 machine has figures indicating each operation. An electric board is embodied within the machine.
